Do you know what kind of poisonous plants your camel may be exposed to?
When I take Gobi into the backcountry, it sometimes worries me when I see him starting to eat plaints like Mistletoe and I have to chase him away from it.
When I had him out for a walk around town, a young child tried to feed him some Oleander while I was looking the other way. I heard a parent say to the child “don’t feed him things without asking first” I looked around in time to see Gobi spitting out the Oleander leaf.
Oleander is extremely poisonous and dreadfully common around here where I live.
