I'm curious what people are using for stables with their camels. I live in an area where the temp can soar to 115 degrees in the summer and remain in the 20's and 30's for several days on end during the winter.

It was initially my intent to get an F2 hybrid, but I'm now leaning back toward a "drom". With the drom should I have a heated shelter available during the cold months? Should I just stable them indoors?

I'd love you hear your opinions on the best practices here.

Out in the desert it can get down to freezing during the night. So indoors where’s it’s dry and out of the wind should be fine. Usually just having a good shelter with a roof and 3 sides will be enough. But having 4 sides with a door they can go through, along with some sand or shavings on the ground is even better!
