There’s more than one way to give a camel medicine.
These camels were accustom to being given this health and energy elixir so didn’t need to be restrained with ropes, and you may have notice he's using a lip grip on the camel which does work quite well.
Much can be learned through studying alternate ways of working with animals. Some are good, some may be bad, and some are just different. But it’s nice to have options in an emergency, like if your camel eats something too rich and bloats (which luckily is rare) you may have to act fast and pour some medication down their throat. Using a plastic bottle is much easier and can usually be handled by one person if need be, and even without the camel being tied down.
Although the use a dose syringe is the preferred method.
