Head shaking

One of my camels is shaking her head alot. It looks like she is shaking water off (same motion and it is raining here) however, she is doing it over and over again. I also saw her scatching her ear. Maybe she has an ear ache??
Should I be worried about this?

She has stopped. It might just have been a bit of water in her ear or maybe an itch?

Could be flies - don't know if Citronella is easily available there, it's banned from many UK products now - but a suggestion would be to wipe the ear with a mild tea tree or citronella based product on a cotton bud!
