hej :) sorry to hear your baby is sickly..... i do sadly know the sadness of lising a loved camel thats is so close to you tend to it every day and once is gone the feeling of emptiness takes your heart and soul over.. and it becomes very black inside. i sadly do not have any specfic advise for you at this moment but i do give you my prays for this camel. the foaming of mouth concerts me the most out of all symptoms you described. i have a feeling this is sign of a very serios condition you might need camel airlifted to nearest suitible facility. please keep us updated. thank you..

Sounds like she's in season.
If you want, email me your address, and I'll send you a photo of my camel who displayed the same problems last year
Always best to get your vet to check it out, but personally, we've been through the same thing last year and come through it.
Always ensure she's chewing the cud, and check her temp though! It never does any harm to do a stool test...
Keep us posted!

Sorry to hear that your girl is not doing fine.
A few questions for you. How many other animals are on the same pasture and what kind of animals are those? When was she the last time dewormed or even better when was her feces checked for parasites? Is she still eating?
The foaming of the mouth can have different reasons, most frequently I observe it with camels which are highly stressed due chronic disease, weight loss, parasitism or changes in the herd. I think it is not a bad idea to treat her against some GI-tract ulcers.
The other thing you really need to check is her feces for parasites. I would advise that your vet does a fecal ID and that she will be dewormed accordingly. The dose and product needs to be adjusted at what your vet finds. You can also ask your vet to run some blood work to rule out any metabolic disease which can make her go down as well, but I would start to look for the obvious first. We see unfortunately to many camels with parasitism which can even lead to death of the animal. You may increase her appetite and her red blood cell production (in case she is anemic from parasites or ulcers) when you give her Vitamin B complex either SQ or you can buy products such as Vitaplex (even with some iron) and you can if it orally.
My two and a half cents.
Good luck
