I'd like to get a camel crossing sign for my property line fence. All I ever see is american type versions (the yellow ones with a camel walking that says xing). I'd like to find a type like this (http://hatedxlove.deviantart.com/art/watch-the-camel-72857226) the white and red kind with a camel in the middle. I've done some searches online, but have been unable to come up with any. Does anyone know of a site reproducing these online?

I'll contact some friends in Israel and see if they can find them - that sign is the camel crossing sign I saw in the Negev (Israel) on my trip last summer --- I wanted one too and now I know someone else does, it gives me another reason to look into it.

:clap

I found a sign maker that will make that camel crossing sign for $9.00 + $3.00 shipping (to U.S.)

I think I will order one and see how it turns out - then whoever wants one I can buy more or give the address for them (If I order them and then resell them, I will need $3.00 shipping too making it $15.00 --- because I would have to pay shipping from the sign maker and then to re-mail it to whoever wants one)

I'll let you know when I get it and how it turns out.

That's great. Please let me know. Will they be plastic or metal? And how big? I want to actually put mine up on the fence that faces the road.

I should be getting it any day. When I do, I will post a picture and whether I think it's worth it or not. You will be able to buy directly from the sign maker.

They said they would send me the red sign like the photo I sent them (the one to the pic Camels sent) and they said they would make it.

I r4eceived a yellow one with "camel xing" on it - like they originally had. Plus it is a cardboard material and will not hold up. I am extremely disappointed.

I'll keep looking. I'm very sorry to get your hopes up. I was ripped off and I'm glad I didn't post the information for you to order before I checked it out.

That is such a shame. I can't believe they didn't even get close to what you were describing. Ugh.

I hope someone here can find some place else. I search all the time, but have been unable to locate one.

Are you actively looking for a real live camel right now?
