Most of you have probably though I had disappeared. Not so, but I have been spending way too much time setting up these tours and I’m trying to get ready for a trip next month to Mongolia for the winter camel festival. (1,000 Camel Festival)

You have traveled to and are going to the places I'm interested in. The Mongolia festival (and Gobi desert) have been on my list for several years. When you say you are setting up tours, are you setting them up for only yourself, or can some of us join your tour? That would be fabulous!

Hi Kjay,
Right now I’m just setting up a new website where people can go on virtual realty tours to see places they would most likely never see any other way. A lot more will be added over time to help people find their way around if they ever do go to any of these places.

On the trip to Mongolia it’s going to be a real challenge getting around. I hope to make it to the Khovsgol Ice Festival where they have horse-sled and reindeer-sled races, and then to the Winter Camel Festival.

There is a place out of San Francisco called Geographic Expeditions that offers this tour, but for me it’s a little pricey! http://www.geoex.com/trip.asp?tripID=4957
They do have some good info about going there if you give them your email address you will receive a nice PDF document telling all about it.
