Tying a Fiador knot

This picture shows one of the easiest ways to tie a fiador knot. I adapted the picture (enlarged , added color) from page 56 'How to Make Cowboy Horse Gear' by Bruce Grant


along with the instructions at http://gaitedhorses.net/Articles/RopeHalter/RopeHalter.html, you can easily make a rope halter for less than $5.00 (and you can add rings on the nose knots to make a camel bridle) It would also be easy to add a ring in the tie loops if you wish.
